How to book

Making a coach tour holiday booking with Tour Offers is easy if you follow the steps on each page in the sequence they are presented to you.

Step 1 - Search

Please complete the coach tour search with your required coach tour itinerary details which includes destination, tour operator, departure dates of travel, minimum and maximum price and/or duration. There is also the option to select

Step 2 - Select

The next page will then provide you with a range of coach tours and fares to select. Choose the coach tour and select “More Details”. The next page will show the selected coach tour, pricing, an itinerary, coach tour inclusions, coach tour operator details - and from there you need to select your room type (single or twin) and create a profile with your personal details and that's it!

Step 3- Book

You will be contacted by Tour Offers confirming your tour and we will request a deposit payment within 7 days to hold the booking.

Step 4

You will be contacted around 2-3 months before departure for the final payment.

Before you depart

Below are two things you need to complete before you go.

1. Guest information forms

These forms have your passport and personal details on them and need to be completed before your documents are released from the Tour Operator. Before you start this process, you'll need your booking number from your Tour Offers consultant. Tour Offers will send you a link to the form, open the form using your web browser and complete the form. It's that easy! You will normally receive your documentation two weeks before departure.

2. Travel Insurance

One component of cruising that is extremely important is travel insurance. Tour Offers strongly recommends all passengers to have travel insurance cover for their cruise holidays. Travel insurance is not compulsory but it is essential. Travel insurance, don't leave home without it.
